Body Party is a work-in-progress installation that took form during a residency at The Guesthouse Collective in Cork.

Employing sound, text and taste, Body Party co-opts participants into experiencing mundane moments collected by the artist. Various multi-sensory installations positioned throughout the Guesthouse create a communal, repetitive chain of felt sensations.

These small moments of shared experience aim to settle participants back into their body, through the sensed histories of the artist, offering respite from an often hyper-individualised way of existing. After engaging with the installation, the audience was invited to enjoy breakfast together.
